Updates to licensing renewal terms and conditions
We may revise and update the licensing terms and conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter.
Continuing to use the Website following the posting of revised Licensing Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page each time you access this Website so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

- Service Fees: You accept the service fees charged by Maxlaw Corporate Services (Trafico™) as outlined in the provided quotations upon payment.
- Department Fees: The department fees quoted are contingent upon the province responsible for the license renewal, the type of vehicle, and the weight (TARE) of your vehicle. Any inaccuracies in the information provided to Trafico™ may result in an incorrect quote.
- Additional Costs: You agree that you will be liable for any additional costs incurred due to delays in providing supporting documents and/or inaccurate information to Trafico™.
- Reconciliation Invoice: In the event that the department fees charged by the local authority do not correspond with the initially quoted amount, you understand that a reconciliation invoice will be issued which is payable to Trafico™.
- Validity Period: The quotation provided is valid for a period of 7 days and is dependent on the expiry date of your vehicle’s license.
- Data Accuracy: the amounts quoted are based on the information provided by you and are subject to change if the provided data is incorrect.
- External Factors: You acknowledge that external factors, including but not limited to the presence of other unlicensed vehicles, outstanding fines, or the requirement for a roadworthy certificate, may result in additional charges. In such cases, a new quotation will be provided for payment.
- Service Acceptance: Services will be rendered upon your acceptance of the quotation and payment thereof.
- Delivery of License Disc: The license disc will be couriered to the address you have selected. It is your responsibility to notify Trafico™ if the disc is not received via courier.
